The TopCard Security App provides a secure and convenient gateway to our range of digital services, including the TopCard Portal and the TopCard Mobile App.

Here is how easy it is to use:

• TopCard Portal: Simply open the login page, scan the QR code with the Security App, and enter your chosen PIN to securely log in to the TopCard Portal.
• Mobile App: Start the Mobile App, enter your PIN, and you're done!

One of the major benefits of using the TopCard Security App is the quick and easy access it provides to all our digital services.

Rest assured that security is a top priority for us:

• Your Security App is password protected with a PIN of your choice, ensuring that even if you were to lose your smartphone, your information would still be safe.
• The Security App generates and validates a new security code (one-time password) every time you log in to either the Web Portal or Mobile App.
• We regularly update the Security App to offer you optimal protection with two-factor authentication at all times.

To activate the app:

1. Download the "TopCard Security App" on your smartphone.
2. Start the app and follow the instructions provided to complete the activation process.

In order to use the TopCard Security App, you will need:

• A TopCard Credit Card or Prepaid Card
• A device running iOS 13 or higher
• Please note that jailbroken devices are not supported.
